NORTHERN LIGHTS COMMUNITY SCHOOL will be closed Thursday September 10th. Due to Warba city wide water project shutting down water utilities, we are unable to host students. School will resume Monday September 14th.

Tomorrow is the last day of school! There will be various activities in the morning. From noon we will shuttle students to Legion Campground for Pizza lunch and outdoor activities. Prepare gear/apparel activities: swimming, fishing, outdoor games. Don't forget sunscreen! We will return to school at 3:30pm for regular bus departure and final farewells. Students cannot drive their own vehicles to the campground.

2026 Graduation. We congratulate Josiah McFarland and Sir Williams on completing their high school journey! Graduation is unique at NLCS as each graduating student is require to share a senior speech during the ceremony. Northern Lights Community graduation ceremony, May 21st, 2026. Hamburger & hot dog dinner starts at 5pm with ceremony beginning around 6:30pm. All are invited to celebrate the next group of NLCS graduates.
