ADMISSIONS POLICY
Policy-503.3-–-Admissions Lottery and Enrollment
Students and families usually start the enrollment process with a tour and visit of the school. The next step is for the application to be completed and turned into the Northern Lights community School office. Once the application is received a meeting is then set up between the student, family, and the school director. Once registration is complete, the NLCS Director and staff will gather appropriate information, transcripts, and documents from student’s past educational providers. Then an intake meeting will be set-up with key stakeholders in the student’s education to ensure an appropriate educational plan is in place before the student begins school.
If NLCS is at enrollment capacity (105 students) the student will be placed on a waiting list. For further information on this process please see the enrollment policy link above.
